Our family
Our story begins on the slopes of Koustogerako, a small mountain village in southwestern Crete. A place where the soil is rugged, the air crisp, and the olive trees endure through time. Yiayia Meropi, the soul of our family, harvested olives until the age of 101. From her, we learned that good olive oil is not just made from fruit, it’s made from effort, patience, and deep respect for nature.
